Statement Regarding My Leaving Celebrity Apprentice PDF Print E-mail

  In response to my leaving the Celebrity Apprentice:  I am a man of faith and character today. I have had to fight many demons in my life to become that man.  Sometimes you have to make difficult choices to keep yourself safe spiritually, mentally, and physically. I do not have a child affected by autism but I fight for these precious souls and their families everyday through my foundation and I will continue to do so for families like Hollie Robinson and all those who suffer because of autism.  I did not quit, I made a tough decision.

 My faith, family, sobriety, character and helping others are the priorities in my life today.  I am no help to anyone else unless I keep myself strong and healthy first.  The Celebrity Apprentice is over but my fight to help these families is not and never will be  .-Darryl Strawberry,p>

Darryl Strawberry to be Inducted into the New York Mets Hall of Fame PDF Print E-mail

 

 
 
Darryl will be inducted into the New York Mets Hall of Fame on Sunday, August 1st, 2010 at Citifield
He will be one of four inductees from the 1986 New York Mets Championship team.
